Terms and Conditions

Agreement

These Terms govern your access to and use of Ideqo. By creating an account, signing in, uploading materials, or using the product strategy workspace, you agree to these Terms. If you use Ideqo for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.

Service

Ideqo is an AI-assisted product strategy toolkit for founders and teams. It helps collect onboarding context, run guided strategy workflows, create documents, organize workspace materials, export files, collect feedback, and administer skills and usage settings.

Accounts and security

• You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account unless caused by our breach of these Terms.
• You must notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
• We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe an account is being misused, threatens the service, or violates these Terms.

Your content

• You keep ownership of the prompts, onboarding answers, uploaded files, feedback, notes, and business materials you provide.
• You grant Ideqo the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, analyze, and display your content so the service can work.
• You confirm that you have the rights needed to upload and process the content you provide.
• Do not upload unlawful content, malware, credentials, payment card data, government identifiers, or information you are not allowed to share with Ideqo or its service providers.

AI-generated outputs

• Ideqo uses AI systems and external AI service providers to generate analysis, recommendations, drafts, summaries, and documents.
• AI outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for your specific business context.
• AI outputs are not legal, financial, tax, investment, medical, or other regulated professional advice.
• You are responsible for reviewing, validating, and adapting outputs before relying on them or sharing them externally.
• Generated strategy documents created in your workspace are for your use, subject to these Terms and any rights in your underlying inputs.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to bypass authentication, quotas, security controls, consent controls, or access restrictions.
• Do not use Ideqo to infringe intellectual property, violate privacy rights, or process content illegally.
• Do not reverse engineer, scrape, overload, disrupt, or interfere with the service.
• Do not use Ideqo to generate deceptive, harmful, abusive, or unlawful materials.
• Do not resell or provide Ideqo as a competing service without written permission.

Privacy and cookies

Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data, workspace content, analytics events, uploaded files, and AI workflow data. Our Cookie Policy explains essential cookies, localStorage, Google Analytics cookies, and how analytics consent works. Those policies are incorporated into these Terms.

Analytics and product improvement

Ideqo may collect operational logs and usage records needed to run, secure, debug, and improve the service. Google Analytics is optional and is used only after you accept analytics cookies. Advertising storage, ads personalization, and ad user data are denied in our consent configuration.

Intellectual property

Ideqo, including its interface, workflows, skills, software, documentation, brand, and underlying technology, belongs to Ideqo or its licensors. Except for the rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you. You may use Ideqo outputs and exported documents for your own business purposes, provided your use complies with these Terms and applicable law.

Plans, limits, and availability

Ideqo may apply usage limits, quotas, rate limits, file-size limits, feature access controls, or admin-configured runtime settings. We aim to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features when needed for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or product development.

Third-party services

Ideqo depends on third-party providers for hosting, databases, email delivery, AI processing, analytics if accepted, and related infrastructure. Their availability and behavior may affect the service. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.

Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, and error-free AI outputs.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ideqo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or decisions made based on AI outputs. Our total liability for all claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid to Ideqo in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or EUR 100 if you used the service for free.

Changes and termination

We may update these Terms when the product, providers, or legal requirements change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. You may stop using Ideqo at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if continued access creates legal, security, or operational risk.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic, unless mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise. Courts of the Slovak Republic will have jurisdiction over disputes, subject to any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law.
